Services:
The company is responsible only for paid services. Any unpaid or suggested services are not guaranteed. Changes or extensions due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., riots, floods, calamities) will incur additional costs, payable by the guest. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the tour if a guest leaves mid-way.

Complaints:
Guests must report service issues (e.g., hotels, transport) immediately at + info@ttvtravelvistas.com for a quick  resolution. Complaints or refund requests after the tour will not be entertained.

Policies

Payment Policy

Token amount for package confirmation: 20%  Only

30 days or more before date of departure:30% of total cost

29 – 20 days before date of departure: another 60% of total cost to be paid

09 – 0 days before date of departure: another 20% of total cost to be paid

Remaining 20% payment will be collected during the trip.

 

All payment are strictly to be made in the following bank account only, no payment received either in cash or in any other account will not be the responsibility of the company and any dispute arising out of such payment will be solely the responsibility of the guest

All booking vouchers and tickets will be provided 3 days before departure.

 

Refund Policy

No refunds will be provided for short stays, unused services, or cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as bad weather, landslides, natural disasters, government restrictions, political unrest, strikes, transportation issues, or operational disruptions.

 

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your travel arrangements at any time, however a written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:

 

  • 30 days or more before departure: 10% of total cost
  • 29 – 20 days before departure: 25% of total cost
  • Less than 19- 10  days before departure: 45% of total cost
  • Less than 9- 1  days before departure: 65% of total cost
  • Token (booking) amount cannot be refundable in any case

 

Travel Adjustments and Flexibility Policy

 

Holiday Changes and Cancellations

While we strive to plan travel arrangements meticulously, unforeseen circumstances may require changes or cancellations, and if disruptions occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., bad weather), we will notify you promptly and, where possible, offer alternative tour dates if the tour has not yet commenced.

 

If you want to change your holiday plan

Once services are confirmed, any changes to your travel arrangements (such as departure date or accommodation) will be attempted, but may not always be possible; such requests must be submitted in writing by the person who made the booking, and any associated costs will be your responsibility.

 

Check-In/Check-Out Policy:
Standard check-in: 1:00 PM | Standard check-out: 11:00 AM. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and may incur charges.

 

 

Child Policy:

0–5 Years: Complimentary without bed.

5–12 Years: Charged as per extra bed cost.

Important Information and Terms

Identification Requirement

As per the Government of India directive, all Indian and foreign nationals must present valid identification (such as a passport and visa, voter ID card, driving license, or adhaar card with a photograph) at check-in, and accommodation providers may deny check-in if valid ID proof is not provided, with the company not being liable for any related issues.

 

 

 

Meals

 

If meals are included in your package, they will be served as a set menu (buffet/fixed menu/meal credit), with any items outside the designated menu charged extra, and the hotel determines the menu and may offer a meal credit system during low occupancy; any excess meal credit must be paid directly to the hotel, and room service or food packing may incur additional charges, with breakfast served from 07:00 AM to 09:00 AM and dinner from 07:00 PM to 10:00 PM, so please confirm specific timings with the hotel management.

 

Air Conditioning (AC)

AC may not function in hilly areas or when the vehicle is stationary, and usage during road journeys in such areas is charged ₹400 per day for Indigo/Dzire/Etios, ₹600 per day for Innova/Tavera/Bolero, and ₹500 per day for a 12-seater Tempo Traveller.

 

Vehicle Breakdown

In case of a breakdown, we will arrange an alternative vehicle as soon as possible for major issues. Minor issues will be repaired promptly. Your cooperation is appreciated.

 

Delays and Alterations

The company is not responsible for delays or changes to the itinerary caused by natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, weather conditions, landslides, political unrest, or other unforeseen events.

 

 

Driver Guidelines

If there are issues with the driver, please contact the company immediately, as drivers will not operate in no-entry zones or narrow roads that may cause traffic jams, their working hours are limited to 12 hours daily (with prior notice required for additional hours), and driving after sunset or playing music is prohibited in hilly areas for safety reasons.

 

Pick-Up and Drop-Off

Only one pick-up and drop-off point is allowed. For multiple pick-ups or drop-offs, prior confirmation via email is required.

 

Sightseeing and Parking

For multiple visits to specific locations, please inform us in advance as parking charges may be high, and at some tourist destinations or hill stations, “no entry” restrictions may apply to certain vehicles, requiring guests to arrange alternative transport at their own cost, while parking areas may be located some distance from sightseeing spots, for which guests are responsible for reaching at their own expense.

 

 

Liability

The company is not responsible for accidents, injuries, deaths, thefts, or property damage during the tour.

 

Itineraries:
Itineraries are subject to change due to weather, participant conditions, or other factors. Adjustments will prioritize safety, comfort, and well-being.

Accommodation & Food:
Accommodation options include homestays, hotels, hostels, and houseboats. Twin sharing is not guaranteed. Meals will follow the selected package’s meal plan.

Health & Safety:
Participation involves risks (e.g., natural disasters, transportation hazards, political unrest). The Travel Vistas is not liable for medical care adequacy or risks beyond its control. Payment confirms acceptance of these risks.

Insurance:
Travel, accidental, or medical insurance is not included. Guests must arrange insurance separately.
